Wine Pioneers Of Sonoma County Voelkel Designs would like to honor the distinguished people in the wine industry, past and present, that have helped make Sonoma County the world renowned wine country that it is today. Some of these men were true "pioneers", carving out a piece of land and a piece of history as they established wineries where once, there were none.
